Do I need a visa?
Most ASEAN nationals do not require a visa for short medical visits. If needed, we can assist with documentation to support a visa extension for medical reasons.
Can I fly after surgery?
This depends on the type of surgery performed. We will advise you individually based on safety and recovery progress.
Can I bring a family member?
Yes — and for elderly patients, we strongly recommend it for safety and support.
Do you accept international insurance?
We assist with documentation for reimbursement. Direct billing depends on your insurer.
Are international patients charged differently?
No. Our charges are standardised. International patients pay the same fees as local patients for consultations, imaging, and procedures.
